Our insurance office is expanding within the Atlanta GA market and we are looking for you!

The Deanna Dudley Agency is seeking to hire “TOP AGENTS” and qualified licensed and unlicensed representatives for our insurance agency.

We are in the midst of an exciting expansion and our current offer to Licensed Agents, Customer Service and Administrative team personnel, is nothing but stellar! We are looking for Agents who will add value by providing unwavering client service experiences.

This is in a brand new modernized office space with multiple departments. We are seeking colorful and bright personalities, with upbeat and high energy, who have a strong willingness to communicate and connect with our clients over the phone and in the field. We will provide you with daily inbound leads, the necessary tools, training and state of the art technology to succeed. We will provide all of the necessary tools so that you can focus on growth in the midst of the grind!

We use our client service superpowers to assist our clients with navigating their insurance coverage benefits and needs!

This individual should be self motivated by the opportunity to do more than just represent an insurance carrier’s product. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

Must have a minimum H.S. Diploma or GED.
Relevant customer service experience is an advantage, insurance experience preferred. Licensed Agents - GOLDEN!!! (if not currently licensed, we already have the roadmap to getting you there - show-up with the goods and we’ve got the gateway!!!
Sales minded professionals (Sales, Call Center, or Marketing experience). Ability to understand the sales process.
Ability to work in a goal-performing based environment.
Must have a high degree of ownership and roll-up your sleeves and positive attitude.
Excellent communication, listening and computer skills a must!
